TERRACE AND SPA

In the Rosemont district, our mandate was to integrate a parking lot through the alley, a patio on the ground, a SPA built into the ground floor terrace and of course ensure privacy on all sides.

Materials from Quebec were preferred, white cedar wood and black slate were our choices to build the terrace and the staircase, the patio, the fences and the screens, the tones of gray will be in the spotlight in contrast with the textured greens of the vegetation.
