This large residence in Ville Mont-Royal has been restored and its garden completely remodeled. We opted for a classic style when designing the gardens, simple and straight lines organize the living and circulation spaces. Noble, durable and timeless materials were used. The custom-cut St-Marc stone paths and steps give a natural elegance to your outdoor design. St-Marc stone is renowned for its durability and beauty, making it an ideal choice for this contemporary garden.
For the parking lot, granite adds a contrasting and aesthetic texture and color. The vegetation of bush-hammered limestone.

The linear planting is composed of different plant species. The "Gold Mound" spirea add a beautiful touch of color with their golden leaves and pink flowers. They are easy to maintain and offer a beautiful visual density. Japanese yews, with their dense foliage and regular growth, offer a structured and green shape to the garden. They are pruned to form hedges or decorative shapes. Panicled hydrangeas add texture and depth with their large clusters of white and pink flowers. They bring a touch of romance.

The landscaping at the back features a large rectangular swimming pool, it is both elegant, aesthetic and functional.
